I have recently eliminated several items from the site, as I want to concentrate on the core portion of my business, which is the braided kangaroo products. There are many vendors out there where you can purchase paracord leads and the quality is fairly comparable. This is not true with the kangaroo braided items. Yes, there are a lot of people that braid them, but the quality of products can vary immensely.

Regardless of the braider you decide to purchase from, look through their items. Look at the tightness of the braid, the smoothness of the product. Look at the way they connect the hardware to the lead. Kangaroo is a very strong leather, however, all leads should be round braided through the hardware and then backbraided for attachment. You do not want two strands of leather holding your snap on. If they have pictures that can be enlarged, you normally can tell a lot about the quality of the braiding (though not necessarily the quality of the leather). If you want beads on your leads, look to see how the beads are secured. If the beads are not secured properly, they will move on the lead over time. The main thing that I would advise against, is purchasing a lead at a dog show. These are mass produced leads and will not last as long as a custom braided lead.

January 10, 2012: While I am diligently working through my waiting
list, this precludes me from taking new orders the moment
someone emails me about a lead or collar. I am hoping that by limiting my orders to
kangaroo products only, I can get through my wait list quicker.

So, if you are interested in an item, please email me with questions regarding
my products, pricing requests, or simply ask to be placed on the wait list.

I am ALWAYS braiding something, but I do not like having a huge turnaround time.
Names are placed on a list and they are contacted in that order for braiding requests.

There is, however, no wait time on prong collars, as these are a wonderful
training tool that can not be delayed. I also supply a number of training facilities
with these wonderful training tools and continue to take ALL orders for these collars.
